Hello MemoryStitch.com, I’d like to say thank you for the wonderful job done on my t-shirt quilt. The quilt I ordered was the double-sided premium stitch full size version. It arrived yesterday and took only two weeks total. It looks amazing and the stitch quality is fantastic. I sent in a total of 40 t-shirts, 20 were single-sided and 20 were double-sided. All the t-shirts are musical/concert t-shirts spanning over the last 30+ years. I have never thrown away any musical t-shirts and I’m so happy I didn’t because they all now have a new life. I love how you send a picture of the proposed layout of the quilt and allowed me to pre-approve it before you started stitching it all together. The process you follow is top-notch and I highly recommend MemoryStitch.com to everyone. I did a lot of research and am so very happy I chose MemoryStitch.com versus the competition! Super easy and a quality product. We choose to do front and back. We cut the shirts ourselves. I just followed the directions and it was done before I knew it. I was a little worried since the shirts were important to me. But it turned out perfect. Thank you!

I sent my shirts and received the quit back less than 3 weeks!! I was very pleased with the quality. I let them choice the design for my race shirts. I was amazed when I got it. I kept flipping it on both sides to see all the shirts. It's money well spent!!!

I am disappointed in the cutting of the shirts. I measured each design to make sure that it would fit in a 12 by 12 square. It seems that the cutting of the square was done haphazardly and not to make sure the whole design was captured. Several of the squares had words cut off and others were off center. It would have been a very nice quilt if this attention to detail had been considered.

I gave away the quilts before I saw this request for a review so pardon the cut and paste picture, but I didn’t want to miss an opportunity to tell you how much I love the quilts. My husband passed away this last year and I wanted to do something special for my kids. These quilts were the perfect gift for them. Being able to select just the right T-shirts for each child made them unique and thoughtful. I loved the quality of the backing and there’s nothing like long arm stitching to make something seem special. Emotions were brought to the forefront as we remembered each T-shirt. Thank you for your care and your hard work to get them to me before Christmas.

This was purchased as a birthday present for my mom who recently had to move into a nursing home for full-time care. We took 60 of her Girl Scout shirts from the past 30 years and ordered a double-sided quilt from MemoryStitch. My mother was moved to tears when she saw the quilt and it brought back many happy memories for her. MemoryStitch did an amazing job. Beautiful and well-made, in less than a month they completed what my mother had "planned to do" for the past 15 years. The ordering process was easy and we plan to order more quilts.

My husband recently passed in September very unexpectedly. He loved to ride his motorcycle and whenever we went anywhere different we always had to buy him a Harley Davidson shirt. I was nervous about the entire process but everything was AMAZING from beginning to end! We are so pleased with our finished product!! My son’s Memory Quilt made me so sentimental and weepy when it arrived and now it makes me smile each time I pass it. I was skeptical of the product, but I’m extremely impressed and happy with my purchase. My shirts were old and dingy. They feel great and the blanket feels soft. Premium quilt double sided. Best choice to do with my old high school and college sports shirts.

MemoryStitch was a great company to work with. Their website described everything I needed to do, and when I had additional questions, a live person answered their phone ! The turnover time was only one week which I thought was amazing. I love the double sided quilt that I had made. Will use this company again soon for sure !

My third quilt, I love them.

I absolutely loved my experience! Surpassed my expectations! Their customer service is phenomenal! I had so many questions before and during my order and they were so responsive and really cared about me and my project! I had my daughters track invitational and State track t-shirts made into a queen size blanket quilt. The front of the blanket quilt is the front of the shirts and the back is the corresponding back of the shirt. They contacted me when they had a question about the cut of two shirts. My daughter absolutely loves the blanket quilt and was surprised and amazed at how great the quality is! Highly recommend! Worth every penny!

The quilt is beautiful!!! I love it! The problem is communication. Had to call multiple times and couldn’t even be told whether or not my shirts had arrived. You don’t get any confirmation of receipt of your items until they start production. So over the holidays when they were so far behind, it took a month and multiple attempts at phone calls and e-mails on my end to confirm they indeed had my shirts in their possession. I wasn’t in a rush for the finished product but they need to have a process of notification that the shipped items have been received by them immediately and not when production starts a month later.

My daughter will love it! It’s a Christmas present. It captures all of her accomplishments as a runner. It looks amazing!!

A hiccup during the production process slowed the order a little, but Memorystitch handled it professionally and made sure that the quilt arrived in time for the birthday deadline I was working with. Its quality is outstanding and the smile it brought to my husband's face was huge, genuine, and lasting. I would definitely use them again and would recommend.

Love my quilt. Nothing quite like cozying up on the couch in your memories! I went with a queen size, 2-sided and got rid of 5 boxes from storage. I recommend springing for the long stitch options, well worth it for a heritage piece I'm going to enjoy for decades!

Some of the shirts they cut off the graphics, would have appreciated the opportunity to dictate which part was cut off. Also, I would have preferred that all light colored shirts been on 1 side and dark colored on the other side. Perhaps I should have said that in the notes. but I assumed there would have been more communication. Very happy with it either way.

Exceeded my expectations!! I asked customer service about a million questions and they always responded super quickly and were very helpful. They let me know when my shirts arrived to them, and then shipped back out to me way earlier than expected. It looks even better than I imagined! Can’t recommend this company enough. I had the quilt made from my son’s school T-shirt’s and sports jerseys for high school graduation. It came out even better than I could have imagined! It’s beautifully done and you almost can’t tell that the shirts are all made form different materials. We love it!

I generally like the quilt. One significant critique would be that thicker batting be used, or at lesser offered for an additional charge
