Very disappointed in Memory Stitch. I would not recommend this business. I ordered a quilt for my mother with my late dads favorite t-shirts. FedEx lost my package. And the only thing Memory Stitch was to refund my money. All my dads t-shirts are gone. If you do use memory stitch i wouldn’t not use any sentimental shirts. I am devastated by the lost of my dads shirt. Memory Stitch should ship where you have sign for the package.

They called me to ask about a few things and even repaired a hole in one of the shirts to ensure the quilt will last. I went with Memory Stitch because they offered the batting in the premium quilt and I absolutely recommend spending the bit extra to get this because the quilt will last so much longer. We have been using the quilt for over a month and it is perfect. I cannot recommend enough!

Great experience. Had a stack of Tshirts that I have been wanting to get quilted for year sitting next to my dresser. Had free Saturday and decided to research places to do it. I looked at about 10 options and settled on Memory Stitch due to the cost and the fact that you can get the premium quilt. Most of the others made just a 'blanket' with no extra quilting. That is what I wanted. Ordered the quilt, got the instructions and cut and boxed my shirts all on a Saturday. I was able to ship them out the following Monday. I was very nervous sending them as some of them could not be replaced. I got confirmation that the shirts were received and that the process would begin. Due to the holiday, it took a week for the shirts to get to Memory Stitch. Unbelievably, 8 days later, my quilt was shipping. I was shocked at the speed. I guess off times of the year are better. 4 days after that, I had it in my hands. The quality is fantastic. I love the randomness of the squares and the long arm stitching. The minky backing will need to grow on me, but it is not anything that I don't like. All in all, a fantastic product from a great vendor.

My t-shirt quilt is outstanding. I’ve been offering robotics summer camps for young people for nearly 20 years. In the last few years, we’ve offered camps for the Latino community and the African American community at no charge to try to engage those young people. The t-shirts in my quilt are from those camps for the last few years. I think using those t-shirts for a quilt was an excellent idea and helps me remember the fun and value in those camps. Just a tip: the premium quilt is the way to go. You’ll want the of the quilt stitched all the way to the backing (especially the larger the quilt size you go) for ease of handling, washing, and maintenance.
