Returns

All MemoryStitch T-shirt quilts are made entirely from the T-shirts sent in by the customer. If a customer has not sent in their shirts after a two month period, the payment is non-refundable. A payment is refundable if the customer has not sent in the shirts and requests a refund within the two month grace period.

T-shirts must be sent within 3 months of ordering.

Our number one goal at MemoryStitch is customer satisfaction! If you are not satisfied with your quilt upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of quilt receipt to see if there is anything we can do improve your experience.
