Material was soft. My brother loved it! And so did I. Unfortunately the condo where he was living in burned to the ground in the Eaton fires and this beautiful quilt burned. Worst experience I have ever had with Memory stitch!!! My t-shirts are ruined!!! Clearly do not take time to ensure perfection! After recommending this company to multiple people after purchasing in 2020 I will no longer recommend this company to anyone! I compared this blanket to my first purchase and there are multiple mistakes. I actually cried! NONE of the t-shirt labels were centered in the squares. NONE! I attached two photos of this! I’m not sure why?! My first purchase all of the t-shirts with a smaller label were centered as best as they could be! It wasn’t even attempted on this blanket! Every t-shirt label was just aligned at the top of the square making ruining this blanket and now ultimately my shirts! The pocket of one sweatshirt was carelessly left on and I am not even sure how I can fix this. That looks horrible! My husband was laughing because you can put ur one finger across in it!!! I’m not sure why anyone would leave this on?!!! This was a result of NOT CENTERING THE LETTERING/LABELS of the t-shirts!!!! Another of the pictures shows another careless mistake! Clearly perfection is not a priority!! Look at that centering job of the t-shirt sleeves! I have borderline OCD and loved the outcome of my first purchase to entrust you guys to provide a good product again, I can’t even look at this blanket because of this mistake! & the other mistakes too!!!

I had kept all of their sports jerseys from age 2-18 and it was a perfect way to keep the memories of those times but also to do some purging of lots of the other old jerseys in a nice concise way. The t-shirts that make up this blanket are ones that I’ve collected over the years working and living in DC. My husband and I are moving soon, so my parents thought it would be nice to commemorate my time in DC by taking these shirts and making it into a blanket. It is huge and very soft. The quality is great. Only critique is I wish the designer didn’t put two of the same design next to each other. But other than that I really love my blanket and look forward to having it for many many more years to come!

I’ve been very pleased with my experience with Memory Stitch. I reviewed several online companies and decided on Memory Stitch based on their reviews, pricing and square size. I liked they use a 14” square compared to others that use 12. You get a bigger quilt for the price.
I was amazed at the turnaround time. I shipped from GA on Nov 7 and received my quilt Nov 20! Customer service was also great to work with when I messed up the order process they quickly cancelled and help me get it right (I”m old).
I’ve been using my quilt daily since receiving it and like the weight and size. Great when taking a nap! Several of my shirts were 20+ years old and some had holes but they did well. Highly recommend Memory Stitch.

Overall, I like the quilt. I am a little upset that one of the T-shirts are upside down in comparison to everything else, but it is what it is. The shipping cost to get to you also was an unexpected expense of $130. So for a $400 blanket I feel like it should be perfect & the upside down state of West Virginia bothers me but oh well I’ll still use the blanket.
