I ordered 2 twin size quilts. Each required 24 shirts or sweatshirts. The process was so easy and simple. I stayed in contact with the company letting them know I forgot to put the order # in one of the boxes for my son’s quilt. I had already mailed the box with the shirts, emailed my order form and picture lay out. The company contacted me back quickly and said they would find that box after o have given them my address and would know it’s correct because of the picture I emailed of the way I wanted the quilt layer out. I will definitely use this company again for my youngest son. I will also be recommending them to everyone I know!

I can not say enough nice things about my experience. Over the past few years I have ordered several quilts as gifts. Last year I ordered a quilt of my dad's t-shirts - he had recently passed away. I took me almost a full year to get the shirts together. I couldn't find my initial order number to be able to send away for the quilt. I messaged the lovely people at MemoryStitch and explained what had happened and within hours I had my order number from a year ago and was able to send my shirts in and the quilt was ready and delivered to me by the anniversary of my dad's passing. My daughter is away at college. She plays soccer and has been since she was 5 years old. Through the years we have so many jerseys. What better way to preserve her memories? I cut up the shirts. Sent them in and in return she has a beautiful blanket.
I had made a mistake when ordering. I called customer service and they were so kind and helpful. They said it would take 4 weeks to receive the blanket and I was pleasantly surprised when I received notification in 2 weeks that the blanket was shipped!!!
Sadly FedEx notified me twice that shipment was delayed.

Super soft and comfy. Nice weight. However, the center panel is obviously crooked and stands out. There are also several other panels that are not even close to centered so there are large sections of solid shirt and the graphic is cut off where it could have been centered. Not the heirloom I was Hoping for. 12 years of shirts and disappointed. Not fixable.

For years I've been saving t-shirts for all four of my children with the intentions of making a t-shirt blanket for each of them upon graduation of high school. I attempted to make a t-shirt quilt for my oldest but because of the amateur quilter I am, after many hours, it turned out a little caddy wampus and a lot late. I decided that with my next two children, who's t-shirt blankets were due and overdue, to get their blankets done by professionals, so I looked into a company. I was excited to find MemoryStitch as they had very reasonable prices and options that worked for me. I ordered a double-sided T-shirt blanket and a single sided T-shirt blanket and they both turned out beautifully especially with a few custom pieces. My 2 children are very happy with their t-shirt to blankets. I will for sure use MemoryStitch for my youngest kiddo's T-shirt blanket when it comes time.

I absolutely love this quilt! I've purchased a t-shirt pillowcase from MemoryStitch before, so I was excited to finally have a quilt to match. It's beautiful to see some of my favorite memories from college all in one unique mosaic. I even used some rally towels which I initially contacted customer support about. They were very helpful and informed me of the additional charges needed to fit the towels in the panels. Even before adding extra material, I was contacted by customer support so they could have my permission. Excellent customer service, and a beautiful product, what more could I ask for? The blanket is about what I expected. However, they did not reference the layout photo sent which resulted in a different arrangement than desired (not critical). Additionally, one of the shirts was utilized backwards (the front rather than the desired back) so I am not sure why customers are instructed to fill out the checklist form and email a layout photo if it is not even referenced. Also, one shirt appears to have been cut and sewn slightly crooked resulting in the edge threads running into the deign on only a portion of that graphic. None of these are major issues but are disappointing nonetheless.
